I have lived in Petaluma for many years, and although I am a landscape photographer, I also photograph Petaluma.

A few years back, I thought of doing a show at my gallery (Riverfront Art Gallery) about Petaluma, but I wasn't satisfied with my photographs, so I put the project on the back burner.

I recently experimented with Photoshop scripts, and found some that make photographs look like paintings. It finally gave me the results I was looking for on this project!

I am presenting these as a stand-alone series, available as prints (framed, on canvas, on metal), as well as posters, cards, phone cases, etc. These images are just a sample, and I will be photographing more landmarks in the future.

That project can be seen on the "Petaluma Landmarks" page.

What do you think of these images, and what do you think are the iconic sites and landmarks of Petaluma?
